Know before you close
Getting to “know your home before you close” is very important so Gordon urges you to attend your home inspection if possible. He will walk you through the inspection process and answer any questions you have along the way.
Gordon works for you, the Buyer – not the agents, not the Seller, YOU and only YOU. He will perform an extensive visual inspection of the property and provide you with a report (via email) within 24 hours of the inspection. Gordon is available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have regarding the report.
Gordon’s reports are easy to read containing color photographs and a summary of findings at the end. Helping you, the client, understand any areas of concern.
